SKYLINER construction starts

The company SPEKTRUM REAL Sp. z o.o. owned by Karimpol Polska - has signed a contract with Warbud SA for the construction of Skyliner office tower at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw. The construction work will start on September 1 and will continue until mid-2020. Skyliner building will reach the height of 195 metres and will be ranked as one of the tallest buildings in Poland's capital. It will offer nearly 44 000 sq m of office space for rent.

The author of the architectural design is APA Wojciechowski studio. The building will have 30 office floors and 4 floors for retail and service outlets which will be available to building tenants and Warsaw residents. The commercial area of more than 3 000 sq m will house boutiques, restaurants, cafeterias or a fitness club. In addition to that at the height of 165 m a Sky Bar will be situated offering a view of the city. The Bar will have its dedicated lift.

The building is situated at Daszyńskiego Roundabout just a few steps from the second metro line and stops of seven tramway lines and five bus lines.  The distance between the reception hall of the building and the nearest entrance to the metro station will be only 7 metres. A five-storey car park will offer 428 parking spaces. On the underground floors there will also be parking spaces for 500 bicycles and changing rooms with showers for cyclists. The Skyliner building will have an 'Excellent' BREEAM rating.  The office tower will meet all the highest standards in construction, spatial planning and efficiency of its solutions.

Skyliner is another development project jointly implemented by Karimpol Polska and Warbud SA. The companies worked together on the construction of Equator IV office building at 100 Jerozolimskie Avenue. Warbud SA was also the general contractor for Tajfun, Mistral and Passat office building in Jerozolimskie Avenue in the period from 2000 to 2006.
