Warbud named Reliable Employer of 2017

For the fourth time in a row, Warbud SA was honoured by the jury of the nationwide competition "Reliable Employer of the Year". This prestigious distinction confirms the clarity, reliability and high quality of the activities in the field of employment policy, employee solutions and human resources management.

During the official gala which took place on March 15 in Capitol Theatre in Warsaw, Ms Edyta Rytel from Warbud's Human Resources Department received an award certificate from the Jury.

'Warto budować - It's worth building is the idea that has guided our activities for over 25 years, and the emblem we have the pleasure to receive is a proof not only of the quality and efficiency of our work, but also of the continuous willingness to self-improve and professionalise each of us,' said Ms Rytel thanking the jury for appreciating Warbud's HR policy.

The Qualifying Committee chose winners on the basis of a number of standardised criteria, following an analysis of career paths and employee trainings, the company motivation system, observance of the labour code and timeliness of wage payments. A close look is given to the conditions of work and observance of health and safety regulations as well as welfare conditions and the dynamics of employment in the recent years. An important factor is the company's social responsibility and external and internal opinions on their operation obtained among others from the State Labour Inspection (PIP), Labour Offices, local authorities and business organisations. An independent assessment is not only a reason for our pride but also a reward for a well done job.
The organizer of the competition is the company Kowalski Pro-Media, publisher of add-ons 'Rzecz o Biznesie' in the Rzeczpospolita daily, 'Strony Rynku' in Gazeta Wyborcza and Monitor Gospodarczy broadcast in Polsat TV channels. The competition has the following partners: Higher School of Management in Warsaw, Foundation Education without Borders, Employers of Poland and Association of Employment Agencies. Media patronage is provided by Rzeczpospolita, Bloomberg Business Polska, the nationwide business and finance daily Parkiet and Sukces monthly.
