Warbud will modernize the Regional Hospital in Bełchatów

Warbud has won a contract for the rebuilding and retrofitting of the Operating Theatre and the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Therapy at John Paul II Regional Hospital in Bełchatów. The contract was signed on behalf of Warbud S.A. by Mr Lech Wąsowski, director of the company's Medical Construction Division. The investor is the John Paul II Regional Hospital in Bełchatów.

Scope of work:
Phase I - modernization of the operating and treatment room with auxiliary rooms in the Surgery Department.
Phase II - modernization of the operating and treatment room with auxiliary rooms in the Otolaryngology Department.
Phase III - adaptation of the premises of the Rehabilitation Center to the needs of the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Department by conversion of the existing rooms.
Phase IV - expansion of main Operating Theatre by an area currently occupied by the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care and construction of 6 operating rooms.
It is worth noting that the scope of the contract covers the supply and installation of complete medical and non-medical hospital equipment (for 8 Operating Theatre rooms). The construction and renovation work will be carried out in a functioning hospital facility.
Usable area (Phases I, II, III, IV): 2 126.65 m2

Scheduled project duration: April 2018 - December 2018.
