Warbud will build a new facility for Warsaw Children's Hospital in Kopernika St.

On 9 September 2013 Warbud signed a contract for the construction of Building C for Warsaw Children's Hospital in Kopernika St.

The Employer is Warsaw Children's Hospital - Independent Public Health Care Centre.

The subject matter of the procurement is the construction of the Hospital's Building C to be located at no.  43 Kopernika St. with the function of health care services. The building will house the following facilities: Operating Theatre, Admission Room, Day Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, Pharmacy Unit, Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging Laboratory.

Warbud's scope will also cover earthworks, core and shell of the building, general civil works, installation of the central heating, technological heat, HVAC, cold and hot water installations, recirculation, hydrant, exterior and interior sanitary and rainwater sewage installations. Warbud will also carry out work connected with electrical, low voltage, fire alarm and desmoking systems, public address system, medical gases installation, access control and monitoring systems.
