Warbud has won a contract for the construction of Wielkopolska Technology and Industry Park, phase 2, segment B. The Contracting Authority is Wielkopolskie Centrum Wspierania Inwestycji Sp. z o.o. The contract was signed on 8 July 2013. Warbud was represented by Mr Wojciech Gerber, Board Member and Mr Zbigniew Suszyło, Director of the Specialist Construction Division, the Investor was represented by Mr Grzegorz Michalski, Chairman of WCWI Board, and Mr Ryszard Dembiński, Vice Chairman.
The facility was designed by “Aspa & Zapa” design office from Poznan. Building B is a continuation of the project consisting of three segments A, B and C founded on a common slab under which there is a parking for passenger cars. Warbud will carry out the task acting as a general contractor.
The scope of works covers:
The building will have 6 floors and 1 underground floor and its height will not exceed 25 m. On level -1 there will be a parking with 25 spaces for passenger cars as well as technical and utility rooms. Depending on individual needs of future users, office space may be freely arranged in the form of “open space” or separate rooms. On the top floor, in the western part of the building there will be a recreational terrace available to all building users.
The construction of the Technology and Industry Park will be financed partially from EU funds of the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget within the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for the years 2007 - 2013.

Project execution dates: for Lot 1: 13 months following contract conclusion, for Lot 2: 12 months following taking-over of the facility.
We must note here that Warbud executed Phase 1 of the project. Segment A was put in operation in 2011.
