The VINCI Group has again taken the lead among Europe's largest construction companies. Such information is contained in the latest edition of the report "European Powers of Construction" (EPoC 2012) prepared by Deloitte consulting firm. The report was drawn up on the basis of the financial information for the year 2012.

Warbud has won a contract for the construction of Wielkopolska Technology and Industry Park, phase 2, segment B. The Contracting Authority is Wielkopolskie Centrum Wspierania Inwestycji Sp. z o.o. The contract was signed on 8 July 2013.

Warbud has won a contract for the execution of building and installation work on National Stadium in Warsaw The contract was signed on 28 June 2013.

On 28 June 2013 Warbud signed a contract covering the extension and alteration of the north wing of the main hospital building and the supply of equipment.

On Warbud's part the contract was signed by Mr Włodzimierz Włodarczyk, Chairman and Mr Jerzy Werle, Vice Chairman and Director General. The Client is Independent Public Health Centre N. Barlicki University Clinical Hospital No 1 of Medical University of Łódź. The execution design was developed by Design Studio Wandachowicz Kashyna Architekci Sp. P. from Poznań. Warbud will carry out the building works in a consortium with the firm Climatic Sp. z o.o.

Warbud won three statuettes in the competition "Construction Project of the Year 2012". On 25 June 2013 an award ceremony took place in the seat of the Polish Federation of Engineering Associations NOT. This was the 23^rd edition of the competition organized by Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians PZiTB. The Jury chose best construction projects of the year 2012.

Warbud has signed a contract for the completion of construction works on a multi-purpose building of the International Congress Centre (MCK) in Katowice. The Employer is the City of Katowice.

The contract was signed on 29 May 2013 by Mr Włodzimierz Włodarczyk, Chairman of the Board and Mr Grzegorz Chudzik, Board Member, the Investor was represented by Mr Piotr Uszok - Mayor of Katowice and Ms Krystyna Siejna - Deputy Mayor.

On 26 April 2013 Warbud signed a contract for the construction of an office building with retail premises and underground parking at Domaniewska/Pęcherska streets in Warsaw. The client is the company Kronos Pacific Sp. z o.o. Warbud will also be responsible for fit-out works and obtaining an occupancy permit.

Warbud has won a contract for the construction of Woman and Child Health Centre hospital pavilion in Zabrze. The Client is the City Borough of Zabrze represented by Real Property Management Financial Services Unit.

On April 15 2013 Warbud acting as the general contractor, signed a contract for the construction of shopping and entertainment centre Tarasy Zamkowe in Lublin. The Client is the Austrian real estate investor and developer IMMOFINANZ Group.

Warbud won 2^nd prize in the competition named "Build Safely" for the extension of the Children's Hospital at ul. Niekłańska in Warsaw. The statuette was awarded to Mr Piotr Tokarz, Site Manager and Mr Lech Wąsowski, Director of the Public Procurement Division. The objective of the competition organized annually by National Labour Inspection is to promote contractors providing safe working conditions.
