    The construction work on the reinforced concrete structure of the new seat of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw has come to an end. The building is situated in the heart of Warsaw, at the foot of the Palace of Culture and Science. It was on this occasion that, on July 5, 2022, a symbolic topping was hung at the highest point of the structure.

    In December 2023, a modern medical facility, much awaited by the inhabitants of Poznań, will be opened in the capital of Greater Poland. It is called Medical University Central Integrated Teaching Hospital and it is being built in Poznan’s Grunwald district. The hospital campus with an area of over 28 thousand square metres and volume of more than 98 thousand cubic metres will increase the availability of highly specialized diagnostic procedures.

    Warbud is building in Krakow a Centre for Innovation and Research in Pro-Health and Safe Food. The laboratory facility at Balicka St. has been designed for the University of Agriculture as a single storey building on a plan close to a rectangle.

    Warbud will add floors to pavilion "E" of St. John Paul II Hospital in Wadowice. The contract, concluded on June 13, 2022, provides for the construction of two new floors (6 and 7) and the supply of equipment. The contract was signed by: Ms. Barbara Bulanowska, Hospital Director and Grzegorz Koprowski, Director of Warbud SA’s Region South.

    The structure of the new seat of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, which is being built at Marszałkowska Street, is heading towards the height of 26 metres. Results of reinforced concrete works, which are currently executed by almost 120 employees, are now clearly visible. The site has been changing dynamically. Although when you look from the outside, the shape of the building seems simple - it is one of the most technically demanding buildings in Poland’s capital city. Not only the whiteness of the structural elements made of architectural concrete is unusual, but also the method chosen to meet the requirements as to the final quality of the elements.

    In April 2022, Warbud completed the construction of Centre for Applied Biology and Innovative Food Production Technologies in Wroclaw. The building serves as a research and development facility. It was designed in the form of a compact L-shaped block. The campus, which was built in the vicinity of the Odra River, is characterized by simplicity and its bright, plaster-finished facades with red accents.

    On a symbolic day, June 1, 2022, which is the International Children's Day, Poland’s largest children’s hospital built by Warbud in Poznań was officially opened. The hospital will be composed of three buildings connected by a glazed connector passage. It is one of the most magnificent children's institutions of that type in Central Europe. It has 354 beds for children and a complex of departments and specialist clinics, as well as a car park with 425 spaces. The hospital provides places not only for young patients, but also for their caregivers. Each room has a place to sleep for a parent, an individual bathroom and a sanitary facility. The construction of that child-friendly facility took over 3 years.

    Warbud has been awarded a contract for the construction of a promenade along the Obra River in Trzciel including the development of the beach area on the Młyńskie Lake and the construction of an access road to the beachThe investor is the Commune of Trzciel in Lubuskie region. The contract was signed on 25 May 2022.

    According to what residents of Wrocław say - the Oława Gate is a "hanging building". This is caused by the fact that the 5 floors of the office building are "suspended" over the Malt Passage via structural columns placed on foundation barrettes. The office building at Dominikański Square in Wrocław, which is owned by Tower Inwestycje being part of the PZU Group - is almost finished. The construction work started in February 2020 and its completion is scheduled for autumn this year.
