The building, due to its proximity to an airport runway approach, has been designed in the cascade form. Park & Ride is a network of car parks to be used mainly by persons commuting from the capital city suburbs an using public transport to get to the city centre. Drivers will leave their cars in designated places, switch to means of public transport and then continue their journeys.
