The construction of Skyliner II, the second tower of the Karimpol Group's flagship office complex in Warsaw, has passed another symbolic milestone. The building has already reached a height of over 105 metres and now needs only 25 final metres to reach the designed height. Work is now underway on the construction of the most distinctive architectural elements of the project - four-level cascading terraces being built in the upper sections of the building on the west side.
On 5 February 2026 WARBUD signed a contract for the modernization of the Eugenia and Janusz Zeyland Greater Poland Centre for Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery (WCPiT) - Independent Public Health Care Facility in Poznań.
The contract was signed on behalf of the Investor by Dr. Maciej Bryl, director of WCPiT, and on behalf of WARBUD - by Piotr Tokarz, director of the Medical Construction Department and Jacek Surmacz, contract director.
On December 15, 2025, the previously suspended part of the contract between the Rozmaitości Theatre (TR Warszawa) and WARBUD SA was launched. The contract covers the second stage of the construction of the new TR Warszawa building. An addendum was signed by Mr. Grzegorz Chudzik - Member of the Management Board of WARBUD SA, Mr. Lech Wąsowski - Director of WARBUD SA’s Region South and by Ms. Anna Rochowska - Director of TR Warszawa. The second stage of the project includes the construction of the above-ground part of the building, including the reinforced concrete structure of five above-ground floors and the steel roof structure. This stage is a continuation of the development project, in which the facility will begin to clearly take shape within the space of the New Center of Warsaw.
On January 7, 2026, WARBUD SA signed a contract for the construction of a modular container shooting range for the Military University of Technology in Poland’s capital, along with utility connections and a transformer station, under the "design and build" formula. The Contracting Authority is the Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw.
The contract was signed on behalf of WARBUD by: Nicolas Dépret, President of the Management Board and Karol Puszerkiewicz, Director of Region North. The Client was represented by brigadier general Prof. Przemysław Wachulak, Rector and Commander of the Military University of Technology.
The building project to be executed by WARBUD SA covers the reconstruction and modernization of the Clinic of Cardiac, Thoracic and Transplant Surgery of University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw (UCK WUM).
The contract was signed on behalf of WARBUD S.A. by Mr. Lech Wąsowski – Regional Director, and Mr. Piotr Tokarz – Director of the Medical Construction Department on December 31, 2025. The Client was represented by Ms. Marzena Kowalczyk – Director of the Clinical Centre of the Medical University of Warsaw.
The task will be as a "design, build and equip" project. The contract covers the preparation of complete project documentation and the execution of comprehensive construction and installation works. The rebuilding will cover over 2,247 sqm of the hospital space on the fifth floor of the building. WARBUD will also supply, install, and commission medical equipment and devices.
The works will be conducted in building "B" of the Clinical Centre of the Medical University of Warsaw located at 1A Banacha Street in Warsaw.
On December 10, 2025, new Neurosurgery Department was opened at Military Clinical Hospital No. 1 with Polyclinic in Lublin, which concluded facility expansion project. We started execution of this phase of the project immediately after opening the Cardiology Department and Clinic. It was one of the most demanding projects, executed in a functioning hospital and under the constant supervision of a heritage conservation officer.
WARBUD SA will perform construction and installation works as part of the rebuilding project at the Neurosurgery Clinic at Regional Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów. The contract was signed on November 20, 2025. On behalf of the Investor, the document was signed by Ms. Barbara Rogowska, Hospital Director, and on behalf of WARBUD, by Director of Region South Mr. Lech Wąsowski, and Director of Division East Mr. Piotr Ordon.
On November 4, 2025, we signed a contract for the construction of a modern, two-storey indoor shooting range for training officers at the Police School in Piła. The client is the State Treasury – Commander of the Police School in Piła. The contract on behalf of WARBUD was signed by: Karol Puszerkiewicz, Director of the North Region and Mariusz Kozak, Director of the North-West Division, and on behalf of the Client, by Junior Inspector Dr. Mariusz Jaworski.
On October 21, 2025, WARBUD SA signed a contract for the construction of another building (Building B) at the Jagiellonian University campus in Kraków-Prokocim. The building will house student laboratories, practical learning rooms, medical simulation and augmented reality classes, lecture and seminar rooms, as well as university offices. It will be a place of work and study for approximately 3,000 people, including 300 academic teachers and office staff and nearly 2,500 students.
On October 1, 2025, the long-awaited Contractors' Agreement for BIM was launched. The initiative unites the largest general contracting companies in Poland around a common goal - to organise and standardise the principles of applying the openBIM methodology. The signatories are nine companies: ATLAS WARD, Eiffage Polska, ERBUD, Hochtief Polska, Kajima Corporation, Mostostal Warszawa, Pekabex, PORR and WARBUD SA, but the initiative is open. This is the first such a broad nationwide alliance of construction companies that have joined forces to build the future of digital construction in Poland.
