I. Any information sent or uploaded by users of the website will not be treated as confidential or restricted. WARBUD shall not be liable for that information. WARBUD and entities authorized by it may freely copy, disclose, distribute, combine and otherwise use the information in their possession and all data, images, sounds, text and other elements of the website for any desired commercial and non-commercial purposes.
II. Personal data made available to WARBUD in order to obtain products or services will be treated in accordance with WARBUD’s declaration of confidentiality. A user does not have the right to publish or send to or from this website any materials whose content is illegal, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, pornographic or contains threats or information not consistent with the law.

1. Information about cookie files
Cookies are date files, in particular text files, which are stored on website Users’ devices (PCs, tablets, etc.) and are intended for use with the website. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, storage time on the end device and a unique number. Cookies identify the computer and the web browser used for viewing web pages – for example they allow to find out whether a given computer has already visited the website. Data collected from cookies is not connected in any way with Users’ personal data obtained e.g. during a registration process and is not harmful, i.e. it does not affect the way in which end devices operate, they do not cause configuration changes in the software installed on those devices.

2. The purpose of using cookie files
Cookies are used to:
a) customize web page contents in accordance with User preferences and to optimize the use of the website. In particular the files allow to recognize website User’s device and correctly display the website optimized for his individual needs;
b) create statistics which help us understand how Users browse the website, which allows us to improve its structure and contents;
c) keeping User session active (after logging in) so that the User does not have to enter login information on each subpage of the website.
3. Types of cookies used
Two main types of cookie files are used by the website: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored in end User’s device until logoff, leaving the website or closing the software (web browser).
