The Skyliner II, the sister skyscraper of the office complex in the heart of the capital city’s Wola district owned by Karimpol Polska, has already got a strong foundation. This means that the foundation works have just been completed. The general contractor, Warbud SA, has just concreted the last working section of the foundation slab at a depth of 22 meters. Work on the underground section of the building is entering the next stage. The building whose foundation was built using the top-down method, will soon reach ground level and immediately afterwards, construction of the above-ground part will start.
On September 24, 2024, an award ceremony was held in Warsaw in the 34th edition of the competition organised by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians. The jury selected Poland’s best construction projects of the year 2023. The golden statuette for the construction of Sports and Recreation Center in Płock was awarded to Marcin Krzykwa, Contract Manager, Tomasz Sierzputowski, Site Manager and Piotr Niesłuchowski representing the Investor – the City of Płock.
Diversity Charter is an international initiative under the patronage of the European Commission. The purpose of the Charter is to promote equality and diversity management in the workplace. Its assumptions are implemented by 26 European Union member states. Poland joined the Charter in 2012. The program is coordinated by Responsible Business Forum. Among signatories of the Diversity Charter there are almost 300 organizations including now Warbud SA.
The medical campus of the Jagiellonian University Medical College will be expanded and modernized by Warbud under the contract covering the “Modernization and expansion of the existing Jagiellonian University Medical College Campus in Kraków Prokocim – teaching and administrative building B, connector between buildings A and B,” signed on August 14, 2024.
Warbud has won a contract for the construction of barracks and office facilities at Tadeusz Kościuszko Land Forces Academy (AWL) in Wrocław. The contract was signed on July 17, 2024, by Rector of AWL, retired Lieutenant General Dr. Marek Tomaszycki, Nicolas Dépret, President of Warbud SA’s Management Board and Grzegorz Chudzik, Member of Warbud’s Management Board.
On July 11, 2024, the new seat of the Cardiology Clinic and Department was opened in the building of the 1st Military Clinical Hospital with the SPZOZ Polyclinic in Lublin at 23 Racławickie Avenue. Warbud is implementing this contract in two stages. In the first stage we rebuilt the western wing and the central part along with the connector. The Department of Cardiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation will be moved here any day now.

Several dozen Warbud SA construction sites, hundreds of production workers and construction staff were focussing on one goal: the highest standard of work safety on construction sites - this is the image of this year's VINCI Safety Days and the Safety Week of the Agreement on Construction Safety which once again enriched us with knowledge, skills, the ability and courage to act - or to say STOP when necessary.
The building tradition requires ceremonial celebrations of individual stages of the construction process. To fulfil this tradition, on June 14, 2024 at 09.00, a ceremony of laying the cornerstone and a time capsule took place to commemorate the construction of Science, Teaching and Cadaver Exercises Centre of Prof. Adam Gruca Independent Public Clinical Hospital CMKP in Otwock. Its Foundation Act was read in the presence of the gathered guests, signed and placed in a time capsule, and then embedded in a specially prepared pedestal.
