The contract covered preparation of working designs and construction of the main building with surface parking lot, boiler station and technical rooms. The following facilities will be included among others in the hospital: emergency room and five operating rooms, an analytical laboratory. There will be 180 beds in the hospital. In the hospital building there will also be a conference and science centre, a hotel with a restaurant.
