Phase 1 consists of a complex of four buildings in the area of Klasyków and Krokwi St. In total 130 apartments have beel planned. There will be 166 parking spaces in the one-storey undergound garage. The estate will have its own children's playground. It will be fully adapted to the needs of the disabled.
