A modern hotel and spa complex will be built on a lot with surface area of 11 475.00 m2. "Magic of the Sea" - a hotel with a swimming pool, sauna and beauty salons is to achieve a 4-star comfort category. It will house two restaurants, conference rooms, 36 beauty rooms and 145 hotel rooms and apartments. Hotel facade will be made of Siberian larch wood with numerous glazing sections and wooden terraces.
