The hospital will have 7 floors above ground level: a low ground floor, ground floor and 6 floors above. The substructure of the building will house among others a rehabilitation unit, restaurant and a multi-level car park with almost 400 spaces. There will also be a car park on the surface with 34 spaces. On the roof of the building there will be a landing pad for medical helicopters. There will be 527 beds in the hospital, including 430 paediatric beds, 57 neonatology beds and 40 obstetrics beds.
