The works encompassed general building works related to the structure with the exclusion of the substructure built two years earlier containing an underground garage. The complex with 141 apartments has an internal atrium in which there are green areas and a children's playground. On the ground floor and the top floor some apartments will have their own gardens (green terraces). There is a car wash for passenger cars in the underground garage.
