Warbud will build the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ambassador's Residence at ul. Wiertnicza 30 in Warsaw. The contract was signed on 24 August 2012.

The Client is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Poland. The building was designed by XY Studio from Warsaw. The contract covers the construction and a complete fit-out of the building.
