ZUS supports the ideas of the Agreement for Safety in Construction

The ideas and activities of the Agreement for Safety in the Construction Industry are compliant with ZUS objectives in the field of accident prevention. The Agreement will support ZUS in the identification of the needs of small and medium businesses in the field of increasing work safety levels and present to that group of companies information on the ‘Programme for financing activities aimed at maintaining the ability to work in the whole professional life, run by social contribution payers.’

The Agreement for Safety counts on support from ZUS in the process of creation of safe work procedures in the building sector, which has the highest accident rate. The Agreement will also prepare training programs dedicated to the particular groups of workers in that branch.
