On 5 February 2026 WARBUD signed a contract for the modernization of the Eugenia and Janusz Zeyland Greater Poland Centre for Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery (WCPiT) - Independent Public Health Care Facility in Poznań.

The contract was signed on behalf of the Investor by Dr. Maciej Bryl, director of WCPiT, and on behalf of WARBUD - by Piotr Tokarz, director of the Medical Construction Department and Jacek Surmacz, contract director.

The project will be executed as a "design and build" job. The contract covers comprehensive renovation of the rooms located in the basements and on the ground floor of buildings A and B, as well as in the connector between them, along with the expansion of the entrance area in building A.

The scope of work encompasses the modernization of the entrance area, waiting room with registration desk, and hospital day clinic on the ground floor of building A. In the AB connector, the rooms in which an anti-smoking clinic is planned will be renovated.

In building B, WARBUD will modernize the allergy sub-department rooms and two isolation rooms located on the ground floor. In addition to that, the main circulation routes and rooms intended for Specialist Outpatient Care will be modernized in the hospital basement. The work will cover an overall area of 1992 sqm.

The time for completion task is 18 months from the date of signing the contract.
