Warbud has received one of the most valued distinctions in the area of Human Resources and employer branding. The jury of the Friendly Workplace Award honoured our company for among others creating a diverse work environment, paying exceptional attention to the professional development of employees and for its concern for occupational safety.

The editors of the internet portal MarkaPracowcy.pl awarded their special distinctions for the seventh time. The winners are the companies which have a modern approach to personnel policy and employee development. This year, Warbud has also found its place among the winners.

The review committee appreciated in particular Warbud’s work safety policy, taking care of the needs of employees interested in pursuing their passions, supporting their rest and recreation, as well as caring for employees' health. The high activity of the company and its employees in the field of professional education of young generations, as well as the involvement in numerous charity initiatives also gained recognition.

The award was presented by Mr. Michał Biały, Managing Director of the internet portal MarkaPracowcy.pl. It was received in Warsaw by Ms. Agnieszka Lisicka, Human Resources Director, Małgorzata Nowakowska, Deputy Director for Human Resources for Employee Experience and Ms. Małgorzata Kowalczyk, deputy director for Human Resources.
