Warbud was awarded as the general contractor of the District Court building in Toruń at 1 Władysława Warneńczyka St. The award gala of this year's 26^th edition of the competition "Modernization of the Year & Construction Project of the 21st century" took place on 28 September 2022 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.

Our firm was represented by Mr Karol Puszerkiewicz, Director of North Region and Piotr Pazderski, Project Manager.

‘The award we have received for building the District Court is an opportunity to thank the site team and all the people involved in handling this project in the first place. The staff who supervised this project are excellent specialists and thanks to their contribution the project has been so successful. The construction process took 2.5 years and it was a challenging time for a team of 14 engineers. A beautiful building was created which is open to the city public space, accessible to employees and clients but also friendly to city residents. The facility fits perfectly into the urban fabric of Toruń, as evidenced by the opinions of the jurors,’ said Piotr Pazderski, Project Manager.
