Warbud was ranked 7th in the 13th edition of the ranking of most attractive employers named 'Firm for an Engineer 2013'.
Results of the contests were now presented for the 13th time. The ranking presents a list of firms which most highly valued by technical personnel and which constantly gain value for their present and potential employees. The ranking is drawn up by Engineer DataBank on the basis of opinions collected among Polish technical staff. The title 'Firm for an Engineer' is a valuable distinction for all the companies employing IT specialists and engineers. Votes are collected throughout the whole year from surveys completed by the engineers registered in the Engineer DataBank. The voters are persons occupying mid or high level technical or IT positions.
In comparison with the previous edition, our firm advanced from the 11th position by 4 places. At present Warbud is ranked 3rd among Polish construction companies, just after Skanska and Budimex.
We must add here that our company was ranked 11th in the general classification and 3rd among construction companies in the ranking 'Ideal Employer 2014' drawn up by the consulting firm Universum. This ranking is based on opinions of 23 500 students. In this year's survey students made more than 70 000 individual employee evaluations - one student chose on average 3 companies as an Ideal Employer.
The most attractive employers are those firms which may offer good career prospects and good salaries in the future. At the same time students are looking for firms in which employees are respected and which offer a friendly work environment.
