Warbud receives the prestigious ‘Investor in Human Capital’ award
In December 2011 our Company was awarded the 'Investor in Human Capital' emblem, thanks to which we were numbered among the best employers - market leaders in the field of personnel policies.
A detailed audit of our firm carried out by the Management Observatory Foundation under the auspices of Ministry of Labour and Social Policy encompassed deepened interviews with the employees responsible for the company’s personnel policy as well as an anonymous survey among its employees regarding the methods of human resources management within the firm.
We give our thanks to all the employees drawn to take part in the survey who filled in their questionnaires.
A positive assessment which was issued by industry experts and confirmed by our personnel allowed us to receive the ‘Investor in Human Capital’ emblem which proves that we are an employee-friendly company and also one of the most attractive employers in the construction sector in Poland.
We will soon receive recommendations in the form of a collective report from our certification organization which will allow us to streamline company operations in fields in need of improvement and maintain all the effective solutions so that we could still be highly valued by our employees and experts in the future.
