On 9 April 2014 Warbud in a joint-venture with Eurovia Polska S.A. (leader) signed a contract for the continuation of designing and construction works of S-19 expressway, section from Świlcza Interchange (National Road No. 4) without the interchange - to Rzeszów Południe Interchange (Kielanowka) including the interchange.

The road section will be 6.3 km long. It will be connected with the currently built section of S-19 expressway between Rzeszów Zachód and Świlcza interchanges. The contract covers the construction of a double carriageway, four-lane expressway including the construction of civil structures, road interchange, rebuilding of the conflicting infrastructure and construction of access roads for local traffic and construction of environmental protection facilities. The road section will be another part of the motorway bypass of Rzeszów.
The Employer is the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways. The project will be implemented in the “design and build” formula.
Warbud, acting as a joint venture partner, will build flyover E-1 with length of 501 m, with two independent load carrying structures in the form of a box girder, each 13.8 m wide.

Contract value for Warbud, excl. of VAT: 52 348 829 PLN
Time for completion: 34 months form the date of contract conclusion (excluding winter periods from December 15 to March 15).

The procurement will be co-financed by the European Union.
