Warbud signs construction contract for Phase 3 of 'Naramowickie Gardens' estate in Poznań

Warbud will build Phase 3 of 'Ogrody Naramowicke' housing and shopping complex in Poznan. The contract also encompasses obtaining an occupancy permit. The Client is the firm Ogrody Różane. The contract was signed on 23.11.2015.

The building was designed by the Studio ArchiCo Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. The six-storey building and its surrounding create a closed estate whose plan resembles the letter L.

The complex will have 4 staircases and a common underground car park connected with the previously completed parts of the estate.

On floors from 1 to 6 there will be 1 to  4-room apartments with the necessary common areas, lifts, halls and floor lobbies.

On floor -1 there will be a garage hall, technical rooms -  heat distribution unit, electrical rooms, public circulation areas and storage rooms for apartment owners, bicycle storage room, janitorial rooms and commercial and retail rooms for rent.
