The company WARBUD will construct the seat of the District Court in Sochaczew at  Olimpijska St. The Client is the Court of Appeal in Łódź. We signed the contract on April 8, 2025. The document was signed on behalf of the Investor by Mr. Adam Uznański, Director of the Court of Appeal in Łódź, and on behalf of WARBUD by Mr. Karol Puszerkiewicz, Director of Region North and Mr. Tomasz Jermakow, Director of the Centre Branch.

The project team will complete the task under the “build” formula within 30 months. Construction work will commence in May 2025.

The building was designed by the architectural studio AN ARCHI GROUP Sp. z o. o. from Gliwice. Once the work is completed, the court staff will gain comfortable work space, and the City - a representative facility meeting the quality standards required for serving their residents. The three-storey building with an area of over 6,000 sqm will house 7 courtrooms, an archive with almost 8,000 metres of shelves, offices, spaces for judges, attorneys and jurors, a filing office as well as interrogation rooms, a waiting room, a secret office and administrative and technical rooms.

Project implementation also includes the construction of external and internal utilities, fencing - together with a special convoy zone, and all necessary networks, including sanitary and storm sewerage, water supply network and electrical installation with a backup power source. With the operational phase in mind, there will be a photovoltaic installation and charging stations for electric vehicles.

As part of the project, WARBUD will also prepare 3 000 m² of green areas, take care of accessory structures and build a surface parking lot for 100 cars. Ultimately, a road system with parking lots and sidewalks will be built on the project site, covering an area of 4500 sqm.

The project is scheduled for completion at the turn of 2027/2028.
