On 4 July 2018, Warbud signed a contract with the Commune of Świdnik for designing and construction of an indoor swimming pool, a complex of outdoor pools and sports fields. Warbud's tasks also include the supply of equipment specified in the functional and utility programme. The project will be implemented in the "design and build" formula.

The modern sports complex will be built in the area of the former Avia Sports Club in Fabryczna Street. It will include a year-round indoor swimming pool with a sports and recreational pool, a wading pool, a SPA zone, a slide and an audience seats as well as a water park under the open sky.

For the youngest guests a shallow wading pool and a water playground have been designed. Some older people will use a deeper pool. The recreational section for the youth and adults, with a depth of about 1.2 m, will be equipped with illuminated geysers, neck massagers, a water swing, couches and two SPA tubs.

It will also be possible to swim outside in the part with separated tracks. The water park will offer a number of attractions, including two 60-meter slides and a family slide. In the pool there will also be an "island" with an entrance directly from the water, sunbathing areas, artificial greenery and a SPA tub. A beach with sun loungers and catering facilities will be built next to the pool facilities. Active guests will also have multipurpose sports fields for beach football, volleyball and street basketball. The complex will also include a fitness yard for parkour, street workout, calisthenics and an outdoor gym. In the indoor pool building there will be administration and office rooms with changing rooms, a hall and direct access to the outdoor water park.
