Warbud will build another phase of Central Park Ursynów housing estate in Warsaw

On 27 October 2014 Warbud signed a contract for the construction of Phase 1b of a housing complex with retail outlets situated at 8 Kłobucka St. in Warsaw. The investor the company Central Park Ursynow 1 Sp. z o.o. The estate was designed by ARCHIPLAN DESIGN Sp. z o.o.
On Warbud’s part the contract was signed by Mr Jerzy Werle, Vice Chairman and Mr Daniel Okoński, Proxy, whereas on behalf of the Client by Mr Mariusz Książek, Chairman of the Board.This is another phase of the project which is being built at the border of Warsaw's Ursynow and Mokotow districts on an 11-hectare plot.
The project encompasses the construction of a small town with its own infrastructure with more than 2000 apartments in 23 buildings. The whole project is divided into six lots, Phase 1b is the second phase of the first lot. Warbud’s job under the contract is the construction of buildings buildings no. 3, 4, 5, with an underground garage and the necessary infrastructure.
