On 4 May 2011 Warbud signed a contract with Novum Management Sp. z o.o. for the design and construction of diaphragm walls, storey -2 with floor slab over storey -2 and excavation works for a multifamily apartment building on ul. Ceramiczna in Warsaw. The contract covers the following works: execution of 216 m of diaphragm walls with thickness of 60 cm and an average depth of 10.5 m and the construction of a reinforced concrete capping beam, as well as 13 ground anchors, the excavation and the bottom slab of floor -2 with a floor slab above it. The contract works are due for completion in September 2011.
