On April 12, 2018, Warbud signed a contract with Immobel Poland for the first stage of construction works related to the Central Point development project. 

The 21-storey building located directly above Warsaw's only intersection of two metro lines (intersection of Świętokrzyska and Marszałkowska streets) will be built on diaphragm walls and barrettes constituting a deep foundation system. Warbud will be responsible for the construction of the diaphragm walls reaching the depth of nearly 39 metres.

Scope of works: diaphragm walls with an area  of 3484 m² and thickness of  80 and 120 cm, 1465 m² of barrettes
