Warbud will build IBIS Styles hotel in Warsaw

On July 20, 2017, Warbud SA signed a contract with hotel operator Orbis SA for the construction of a three-star IBIS Styles hotel at 1 Zagórna St. in Warsaw.

Warbud, acting as a General Contractor for the project, will be responsible for the construction of the hotel, execution of landscaping works including construction of utility networks and designing sanitary, electrical and low-current systems.

The L-shaped hotel building will be erected on a plot directly adjoining a Parliamentary Office building. The building will have six floors above ground and one underground level constituting a partial basement. There will be 179 rooms in the hotel, a restaurant with cooking facilities and two conference rooms.

On the plot there will be 80 parking spaces, including 5 spaces for the disabled and 2 for coaches. The project will undergo a certification process in order to obtain at lease a 'Very good' BREEAM rating.
