Warbud will build the Etap & Ibis Reduta Hotel in Warsaw's district of Ochota
Warbud will be the main contractor for the Etap & Ibis Reduta hotels at no. 16 Bitwy Warszawskiej St. in Warsaw. The contract was signed on January 19, 2011.
The hotel was designed as two structurally separated buildings based on a common two-level underground parking lot. The building will be located on the corner of Bitwy Warszawskiej and Szczęśliwicka streets. The main driveway to the hotel will be situated on the side of the inner courtyard which will also function as a manoeuvring area for fire engines. In the inner courtyard there will also be a ramp leading to the underground parking lot with 175 spaces for passenger cars and 3 spaces for coaches. A driveway for taxis will be situated on the side of Bitwy Warszawskiej St.

The technical rooms for the two buildings will be situated in the parking lot. In each of the buildings there will be rooms adapted for the disables. The investor is Orbis SA. The works will be carried out between January 2011 and May 2012.
