On 6 November 2023, Warbud signed its new contract in the field of military construction. The Client is 17. Local Airport Branch in Gdańsk. The project covers the construction of a multi-functional air squadron building with accompanying infrastructure.

As part of the task, Warbud will perform earthworks, demolish the existing internal road surfaces and utility networks, carry out construction and installation works and build sanitary and electrical networks. The subject of the procurement also covers works related to road infrastructure, construction of a parking lot, landscaping works and obtaining an occupancy permit. The total area of the facility is nearly 4022 m². It will be built within 28 months and the period also covers obtaining an occupancy permit.
