GILLETTE MANUFACTURING PLANT

That large-area blades and razors manufacturing plant is the largest Gillette factory in the world. The contract covered designing and 'turnkey' construction of factory halls connected by connecting passages: production hall with office and staff amenities building, packaging and warehousing halls. We have also built rooms for storing hazardous materials, pumping stations and guard houses. For the construction of the building we used 3 333 m³ of structural steel, 1 056 tons of reinforcing steel and 12 826 m³ of concrete.
