PLATINIUM BUSINESS PARK IN WARSAW

We have built five 'turnkey' office buildings on a plot with area of 2.7 hectares in Warsaw's district of Mokotów. The buildings have similar sizes, all of them are seven-storey high and each contains approximately 8 000 m² of office space.

The office building look as if they have been built of small cubes meticulously moved with respect to one another so that the facades of the building resemble a checkerboard made of retracted and protruding elements. In the centre of the complex there is a green area with small landscaping features and a shallow pond.
