The recruitment process

Step one is to be made by the Candidate who, having analysed job offers, should send to us his/her CV with a letter of application or register in our candidate database using the application form available on our website.

Step two is the analysis and selection of applications. From among all the CVs sent we chose those which best match the requirements for the advertised position.

Step three is a telephone contact with the group of selected candidates aimed at clarifying any doubts and checking some candidate skills such as knowledge of foreign languages. Then we invite chosen persons to job interviews.

Step four. The first meeting with a candidate is usually held by an employee of the Human Resources Department. This step is supposed to allow for a close examination of the Candidate’s working experience, his/her achievements and plans for the future. It is also the moment in which the Candidate’s personality traits are examined. Knowledge tests may also be administered during the interview. It is good to remember that the job interview may also be your chance to find out more about our organization.

Step five. Interview with the superior is the final and decisive phase of the recruitment process. At this stage then a decision is made to choose you or another person from among those who had been short-listed before.

Step six. - Welcome to Warbud Team!

We make sure that everyone who has devoted his time to the meeting at Warbud SA receives feedback from us, no matter what the outcome of the recruitment process is.
