Warbud has signed a contract for the construction of Ambassador Office Building to be situated at no. 34A Domaniewska St. in Warsaw. It will be an A+ class building with modern and attractive look and the highest quality standard. There will be 11 floors above the ground with a total usable area of nearly 16 000 m².

The four-level substructure of the building will contain 299 parking places without the need to set out any parking spaces on ground level. On the roof of the building, over the seventh floor there will be a green recreational area with a direct access from the office space.

The complex is characterized by modern architectural solutions, high quality finishing components and an interesting arrangement of common areas. The interior was designed to create a comfortable space for office workers. On the ground floor there will be retail outlets with an area of of 1000 m², including a catering facility.

The contract with the investor, the company Kronos Ambassador Sp. z o.o., was signed on 18 November 2010.
