Warbud has signed a contract for the construction of the fifth office building in the Platinium Business Park complex in Warsaw. The twelve-floor building will be higher than the other buildings in the complex, but its architecture and style will match the general architectural and planning assupmtions of Platinium Business Park. The building was designed by Grupa 5 Architekci design bureau.

The structure will be built using materials increasing its own energy efficiency as well as the efficiency of the heating systems. It will be equipped with horizontal pivoting windows, raised floors, suspended ceilings with a combined lighting system, air conditioning with the possibility of setting room temperature by individual users, structured wiring and a state of the art BMS system.

Typical floor size, with the possibility of arranging the space into separate rooms or open space, will be 1024 m². Building tenants will have at their disposal 180 parking spaces in a 3-level underground parking lot. The Investor - the company Globe Trade Centre SA. - will be applying for a LEED Gold certificate for Platinium Busines Park V in the category of new buildings. It is also planning to build the sixth and the last office building in that complex.

It is worth noting that Warbud was the Main Contractor for all the buildings of this prestigious office complex. The company received the second prize and the silver statuette in the category of office facilities in the contest ‘Construction of the Year 2008’ for the erection of Platinium II .

The contract was signed on 11th April 2011. The works are scheduled for the period from April 2011 to May 2012.
