Warbud News

Business is an activity aimed at making money, that is obvious. Many companies stop there, but there are at least several reasons why it is worth looking for a deeper meaning of enterprise existence. Something which will distinguish the company on the market and make its employees feel that when they come to work, they are doing something good - for other people, for the local community, for the planet, for the environment.

The idea of helping has always been present at Warbud. It worked there before it took on an official form and the status of a Foundation. Formally, it all started in August 2008. For 15 years, the Warbud Foundation has had the honour of helping others and its goal and driving force is to support necessary and wise initiatives. The Foundation's slogan It's worth helping refers to Warbud's long-standing motto It's worth building.

The common denominator is helping

The Foundation would not be able to help if it were not for the annual decision of the company's Management Board to transfer part of the generated profit to projects related to the broadly understood educational, cultural, social and health prevention activities. The Foundation's achievements in its 15-year operation period include almost 1,000 projects - local and nationwide. A pleasant event which coincided with the anniversary is the distinction awarded to the Warbud Foundation by the Children's University Foundation for its contribution to educational projects for children.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Foundation's allies and our Partners with whom we have implemented fantastic initiatives. We have helped dozens of people, supported hundreds of projects, and we have a number of ideas for the next years of activity. We have never tried to be too media-friendly. Our actions and efforts have always been and are aimed at real support for those in need.

And above all, we would like to thank all Warbud employees! Your enthusiasm for participating in various activities and volunteering, as well as your openness to other people, are extremely encouraging and give us the strength to act!
