VINCI Group is the leader of the report ‘European Powers of Construction’ drawn up by the international network of commercial companies Deloitte.

‘European Powers of Construction’ is an annual summary of achievements of most representative European construction companies in terms of revenue, market capitalisation, internationalisation, diversification, lack of debt and other indicators. In addition to that the report also contains a summary of the financial situation of the most representative non-European construction groups listed on the stock exchange. This year’s edition of the report is the thirteenth edition.

Just as in 2014, the report contains a chapter devoted to the analysis of financial results of the European powers of construction. In 2015 total sales and market capitalisation ratios of the largest companies increased their value by respectively 5 and 21 percent. It should be noted that the market value of the major European powers of construction in 2015 is already higher than the value achieved before the beginning of the economic crisis in 2007.

The leader of the report is VINCI corporation. VINCI Group was ranked first among TOP 50 firms in terms of sales and first in TOP 20 in terms of market capitalisation. VINCI is also the undisputed leader in the other categories, among other things in terms of net profit which amounted last year to more than 2 billion euros.
