Warbud has signed a design contract for an apartment building in Wroclaw
On 27 January 2017 Warbud signed a contract with Archicom Studio Projekt Sp. z o.o. for design work for a multi-family residential building at Mieszczańska St. in Wroclaw.
Warbud will be responsible for the development of:
- a replacement building permit design with respect to the structure,
- a detailed multi-branch executive design for architecture, structure, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications systems and interdisciplinary coordination.
The structure to be designed will be a multi-family residential building with 106 units with cubic volume of 42 429 m3 and net area of 11 494 m2. The building will have 9 floors and one underground floor.
