On September 10, 2025, in the awards gala of the 29th edition of the competition "Modernization of the Year & 21st Century Construction Project” held at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the team of WARBUD SA’s North-West Division received a distinction from the Competition Jury for the construction of Technologically Assisted Rehabilitation Centre for Children at Wiktor Dega Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital at Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań.
In an online poll, our project received 2,715 votes. The project involved the expansion of the existing hospital by a three-storey building with a flat roof, along with accompanying facilities such as a waste storage area, internal and external utility installations, paved areas, and small architectural features. As part of the work, we also rebuilt and renovated the existing building, adapting it to the needs resulting from the expansion.
We asked for Bartosz Rogoziński, manager of the awarded construction site to share his comment on the award: ‘I would like to thank the entire staff and all those who were involved in the construction of the Centre. Thanks to your work, commitment and professionalism, we achieved success. We are particularly pleased with the distinction in the national competition "Modernization of the Year & 21st Century Building” as it confirms that joint effort and determination bring lasting results and inspire further development.’
