On June 14, 2021, WARBUD signed a contract for construction works as part of the project "Implementation of new waste processing and recovery processes in order to increase the recycling levels in the Eastern Region of Lower Silesia.” The investor is Zakład Gospodarowania Odpadami Gać sp. z o.o.

WARBUD will execute this contract in a consortium with ZTOŚ Foleko sp. z o.o. WARBUD’s share amounts to 71.42%.

The investment consists in performing the following tasks under a "design and build" contract:

• Z1: Modernization of the fermentation installation: digestate dewatering system and biogas recovery 
• Z2: Expansion of the oxygen stabilization yard 
• Z3: Expansion of the fermentation installation for the processing of selectively collected kitchen waste 
• Z4: Expansion of the fermentation installation for the needs of heavy fraction cleaning 
• Z5: Extension of the sorting line for the purposes of thorough cleaning of selectively collected waste with the rebuilding of the warehousing and laboratory facilities.

Time for completion: June 2021 - April 2023
