Warbud News

On 21 December 2023, we signed a contract for the implementation of the second stage of construction contract fora complex of buildings for the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk. The facility will be built as a design and build project. Warbud, acting as the general contractor of the investment, will complete it in 36 months on a turnkey basis.

The seven-storey facility with a total area of 2,228 m² and a net usable area of 2,054 m² is located in the city centre, in a courtyard surrounded by buildings supervised by the conservation office. The new Court will have six levels above ground and one underground and its construction will require almost surgical precision.
