The development project will be implemented in several phases. In the first phase Warbud build two 4 to 5-floor buildings with 82 apartments, ranging in size from 36 to 98 m². Each of the apartments will have its own terrace, balcony or a garden. On the top floors there will be spacious two-level apartments with large terraces.

The building will be characterized by the use of excellent quality finishing materials. Inside the gated estate there will be many avenues for walking and recreational spaces for the residents. Two separate driveways into the development area will be provided. The cascade form of the building, the use of natural sloping of the area in the southerly direction will give the residents a magnificent view of the whole city skyline. The contract with the investor, the company Ronson Development Sp. komandytowa, was signed on 22 November 2010.
