On 8 April 2011 Warbud signed a contract for the construction of phase 2 of a complex of buildings named Villa Parc on ul. Włodarzewska in Warsaw. The Client is the firm Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o. The complex was designed by F.B.T. Pracownia Architektury i Urbanistyki from Warsaw.
The contract covers the construction of three multifamily buildings A, F and G with height from 3 to 9 floors and a two-level underground garage. In part G on the ground floor there will be retail outlets. Entrances to the buildings will be situated inside the estate, there will be also areas with hight and low greenery and a childrens’ playground. The project is due for completion in August 2012.
Warbud is also the main contractor for phase 1 of the project, i.e. buildings B, C, D and E.
Total area (buildings A, F, G): 12 806.8 m2
Cubic volume of the superstructure: 27 027 m3
