Warbud will build 'River Point' - a complex of apartment buildings with a view of the Old Town in Wroclaw

Warbud will build two apartment buildings in the very heart of Wroclaw. The construction contract was signed by Warbud's Chairman Mr Jerzy Werle and Proxy Mr Daniel Okoński. The Investor was represented by Ms Dorota Jarodzka-Środa, General Partner and Proxy. The Client is the company Archicom Sp. z o.o. The contract was signed on 30 August 2016.

In a time not exceeding two years Warbud will build a complex of multi-family residential buildings with 144 premium class apartments. "River Point" consists of two apartment buildings - KM1 and KM2 - with a total apartment area of respectively 2 929 m² and 8 047 m², and a total cubic volume of 63 365 m³. The first of the buildings, which will have a polygonal footprint, will be 10 floors high, the second building will be 9 floors high. The apartments with floorage from 49 to 180 sqm will have terraces and loggias. The large area of facade glazing will ensure excellent lighting of the interior of the building and give the buildings a modern look. The windows will allow the residents to enjoy the city panorama as some of the apartments will have a view of the Old Town Market. On top of the building there will be an additional view terrace and under the roof - a residents' club, a fitness club with a recreation terrace and a spacious lobby with a reception. The colour scheme of the facade will match the surroundings of the prestigious project and they will together create Wroclaw's architectural showcase.

Both apartment buildings will also have basements containing parking spaces. They will have the form of a two-level car park with single parking spaces and parking platforms for two cars. The contract also covers equipping the buildings with the necessary technical systems and execution of landscaping works in the area situated next to the boulevard on the river Odra.  The architectural design of the "River Point" complex is the work of Archicom Studio Projekt whose architects have made the best of the potential created by the location and included a boulevard in the direct vicinity of the buildings.
