Warbud has signed a contract for the construction of phase 1 of 'Nowe Bemowo' housing estate at Pełczyńskiego St. in Warsaw. The contract was signed on 27 August 2015.

The investor for the project is the company Dom Development S.A., the designer - Kulczyński Architekt Sp. z o.o. from Warsaw. The residential building C-D with retail units has a varied height of 4 to 8 floors. On the top floors and the roofs there will be terraces for the residents. In the building there will be an underground parking with 223 spaces, technical rooms and storage rooms for the residents.

The internal yard situated on the top slab of the car park is divided into a recreational part with a children's playground and small gardens. The area of the development project will be adapted to the needs of the disabled.
