Warbud will carry out finishing works in the luxury Złota 44 apartment building
On 16 December 2015 Warbud signed a contract for the execution and coordination of building work in Złota 44 apartment building in the heart of Warsaw. Under the contract the company will carry out building works in the apartments, staircases and lift lobbies. Warbud will also coordinate other works connected with the building and carry out landscaping work.
The 192-metre high Złota 44 apartment building designed by renowned architect Daniel Liebeskind is one of the most luxurious residential buildings in Poland.
In the building, on floors from 9 to 52 there are 287 apartments with floor areas from 62 to 286 sqm.
Scheduled project duration: December 2015 - October 2016
