The job to be performed by WARBUD SA is the reconstruction of Building "C" which is part of the complex of Prof. Witold Orłowski Independent Public Clinical Hospital CMPK in Warsaw located at Czerniakowska St.
The contract was signed on behalf of WARBUD on 22 May 2025 by Grzegorz Chudzik – Member of the Management Board and Marcin Papiernik - Contract Director.
The job will be performed by WARBUD as a "build + equip" project and completed by February 2026. The rebuilding will cover over 400 m² of hospital space on floor -1. Under the contract, modern equipment and devices for the central sterilization facility will be supplied.
The building works will be performed in a listed hospital building. It was built in the 1930s according to the design by the architects Romuald Gutt and Józef Jankowski. Originally it was the seat of the Office Employees Insurance Institution, and later of Social Security Institution (ZUS).
